What is published and what is quoted
| Service | Price | Included |
|---|---|---|
| AI Receptionist | $500 per month | 24/7 call answering, unlimited calls, SMS and email delivery, customised call flow, free setup, no lock-in |
| Tree Care Lead Generation | Quoted per territory | Exclusive enquiries in agreed postcodes, call tracking, credit for unqualified leads, month to month |
| SEO for Tree Services | Quoted per territory | Google Business Profile management, service and suburb pages, technical work, monthly reporting |
| Google Ads Management | Management fee plus your ad spend | Campaign build, negative keyword management, call tracking, monthly reporting, account in your name |
The AI receptionist price is fixed because the service is identical everywhere. The other three are not, and anyone quoting a national flat rate for lead generation is either padding the quiet markets or short-changing the expensive ones.
What actually drives a lead generation quote
Search volume in your postcodes. A metropolitan territory covering several hundred thousand residents behaves nothing like a regional town. We check real search data before quoting and decline territories where the demand cannot support the spend.
Competition. Removal and emergency terms are the most contested keywords in the trade in every Australian capital. More bidders means a higher cost per click, which flows directly through to cost per enquiry. There is more on this by city on the territories page.
Job types. Removals cost more to generate than pruning or stump grinding because the intent is more valuable and more contested. If you only want removals, expect to pay accordingly.
Seasonality. Storm season concentrates demand into short, expensive, extremely profitable windows. Quiet months cost less per lead and produce fewer of them.
What already exists. A business with a decent website, a claimed Google profile and a review base costs less to get moving than one starting from nothing.
Managed versus pay-per-lead
On a managed model you pay a monthly fee and your own ad spend, and you carry the variability. When the market is cheap you benefit; when a competitor raises their bidding, you feel it. You keep full visibility of the account and it stays in your name.
On a pay-per-lead model you pay a fixed price per qualified enquiry and we carry the variability. That is simpler to budget and typically costs more per lead, because we are pricing in the risk.
Neither is better. Choose based on whether you would rather have a predictable number or a lower average.
Before you accept any quote, including ours
Derive your own ceiling first. Take your average job value, your gross margin and your close rate, and work out your maximum sensible cost per lead using what a tree service lead is worth, then check it in the lead value calculator.
If our quote sits above that ceiling, do not take it. Say so, and we will either explain why the number is what it is or tell you the territory is not worth working. Both are better outcomes than an engagement that quietly loses you money.
Read buying tree service leads for the contract terms to check, and when not to buy for the cases where the answer is to spend nothing at all. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our refund and returns policies.

Frequently asked questions
Why is only one price published?
Because the AI receptionist costs the same to run everywhere, so a fixed price is honest. Lead generation cost depends on how contested your postcodes are, and publishing a single national figure would mean overcharging operators in quiet markets and underdelivering in expensive ones. We would rather quote after looking at your actual search data.
Is there a setup fee?
Not for the AI receptionist, which includes free setup. Campaign builds for lead generation, SEO and Google Ads may carry an establishment cost depending on what already exists, and it is stated in writing before you agree to anything. There are no fees that appear later.
Do I pay for ad spend separately?
On a managed model, yes. Your ad budget is paid to Google from your own account and our fee is separate, which keeps the spend visible to you. On a pay-per-lead model you pay a price per qualified enquiry and the ad spend is our problem. Which model suits you depends on your close rate and appetite for variability.
What is the minimum commitment?
A month. Everything runs month to month with no lock-in and no exit fee. We do ask that you give any lead generation engagement eight to twelve weeks before judging it, because tree work is weather-driven and a fortnight of data is meaningless, but that is a request rather than a contract term.
