Lead Generation

Exclusive Tree Care Leads, One Business Per Territory

Genuine local enquiries from people who want tree work done now — sent to you and nobody else.

What you are buying

A tree service lead from us is a person in your postcodes who has searched for tree work, landed on a campaign we run, and asked for a quote. You get their name, mobile, suburb, job type and whatever detail they gave about size, access and urgency, by SMS and email, within seconds of the enquiry arriving.

One tree business per territory. The same enquiry is never sold twice. If you are currently buying from a marketplace that sends the same homeowner to four loppers, you already know what that does to your close rate and your margins — the customer has three other quotes before you have finished loading the chipper.

What we run to produce them

Search campaigns aimed at the intent that converts: "tree removal near me", "emergency tree removal", "stump grinding [suburb]", "arborist report". Landing pages built for a phone call rather than a brochure. Call tracking so we can tell you which keyword produced which job, not just which keyword produced clicks.

Where the territory supports it, we layer organic work over the top. Paid search is rented attention; SEO for tree services is owned. Most of our longer-running clients run both, with paid carrying the load for the first six months while rankings build. The Google Ads service page covers how the paid side is structured if you want to run that channel alone.

The commercial terms, plainly

Month to month. No lock-in period, no exit fee, no minimum term dressed up as a "campaign cycle". Give notice and it ends at the close of the month. We charge either a monthly management fee against your own ad spend, or a fixed price per qualified lead in territories where we can forecast volume confidently. Which model suits you depends on your close rate and your average job value — the pricing page explains the trade-off between the two.

Before you sign anything with anyone, read buying tree service leads. It lists the specific contract clauses that cost tree businesses money: auto-renewing twelve-month terms, "leads" defined as form fills regardless of contactability, territory definitions that quietly overlap with the operator two suburbs over, and credit policies with a seventy-two hour dispute window.

Answer the phone or none of this works

Speed to contact is the single biggest variable in whether a tree lead becomes a job, and it is entirely on your side of the fence. Tree enquiries are urgent — a limb over the roof, a dead tree the insurer wants gone, a settlement date. The homeowner is ringing three companies and booking whoever picks up.

If you are on the tools and genuinely cannot answer, the AI receptionist takes the call, asks the qualifying questions and texts you the details, which is far better than a voicemail nobody checks. If you will not answer and will not automate it, we will say so at the quoting stage rather than take your money — the reasoning is set out in when not to buy tree service leads.

Work out your own numbers first

Do not take a per-lead price from us or anyone else on faith. Work through what a tree service lead is worth, apply your real close rate and average job value, and you will have a defensible ceiling on what you should pay. Then use the lead value calculator and bring the figure to us.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a lead I have to pay for?

A contactable person in your territory asking about a job type you said you want. A wrong number, a sales call, a job outside your postcodes, or an enquiry for work you do not do is not billable and is credited back. We would rather credit a bad lead than argue about it, because a supplier who fights every credit request is a supplier you will leave.

How many leads should I expect a month?

It depends entirely on search volume in your postcodes and the season. A metropolitan territory covering a few hundred thousand residents behaves very differently to a regional town. We forecast a range from real search data before you commit, and we deliberately quote a range rather than a single number because storms move the figure more than anything we do.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. We use a tracking number that forwards to your mobile so calls are attributable, but the number on your trucks, your Google profile and your signage stays exactly as it is. Tracking numbers are for measurement, not for holding your customer list hostage.

What happens to the leads if I stop?

The enquiries stop, because they come from campaigns we run. That is the honest trade-off of a pay-per-lead arrangement and it is why we also build SEO for clients who want an asset. Anything registered in your name stays with you, and we hand over tracking and ad account access on request without making it difficult.
