We are an agency rather than an emergency service, so out of hours you will get a response the next business day. If missed calls are a problem in your own business, the AI receptionist is the fix — we would rather you had one than lost another job to voicemail.
What happens on the first call
We ask for your postcodes, the job types you want, and what you are currently doing for marketing. Then we check whether that territory is available and whether the search demand supports a campaign.
If both are true, you get a quote. If the territory is taken we will tell you straight away rather than offering a diluted version of it, and if the demand is not there we will say so rather than sell you something that cannot work. How we assess a market is described on the territories page.
Worth reading before you call

Who we are unlikely to help
We do not work with homeowners. If you have a tree that needs removing, we are the wrong number entirely — we are a marketing agency and we do not do tree work, quote jobs or hold an arborist qualification. Look up a local tree service instead.
We also decline engagements where the territory is already held by another tree business, where search demand cannot support a campaign, or where the operator is already at capacity and needs a price rise rather than more enquiries. Our reasoning for each is on the about page.

Frequently asked questions
What should I have ready before I call?
Your postcodes, the job types you actually want, your rough average invoice value and your close rate on quoted enquiries if you know it. With those four things we can give you a useful answer on the first call instead of a discovery process. If you do not know your close rate, say so and we will work around it.
Will I get a sales sequence if I enquire?
No. You will get a conversation and, if it makes sense, a quote. If your territory does not support a campaign or you would be better off fixing your call answering first, we will say that and leave it there. We do not run automated follow-up sequences at tree business owners.
How quickly do you respond?
Calls during business hours are answered directly. Emails are usually answered the same business day. If you have an urgent question about an existing campaign, phone rather than email, because we treat the inbox as a next-business-day channel and would rather you were not waiting.
